Welcome to Felixstowe International College, where we provide a safe, happy and respectful environment in which we nurture, challenge and inspire young people of diverse nationalities to achieve their full potential.
We invite both international and UK students to join us for either day or full boarding.
Our students have very positive attitudes towards their studies, are well-mannered and courteous towards their teachers and one another. They are supported well with personalised tutoring and study programmes.
With many of our students away from home and their family and friends, we know how important it is to provide the very best in pastoral care. Based on a Christian ethos we promote mutual trust and respect, commitment, integrity and tolerance in a global society. When you join Felixstowe International College, you instantly become part of a very warm, caring and supportive community.
Academically, we offer a curriculum that is specifically designed to prepare our students to become life-long learners. Our students have extensive career support through community links, work experience, our external speaker programme, our scholar programme and our sport, health and well-being programme.
We are dedicated to providing the very best learning opportunities for our students, ensuring that you meet your potential in both exam results and in developing skills that will help you develop into the next generation of leaders in your chosen careers. Every individual receives dedicated support due to our small class sizes (typically 8 students). That approach is reflected by our latest exam results. Recent outcomes achieved by students were impressive: 100% achieved A*-C grades at GCSE in 2021 and 100% achieved A grades in A Levels in 2020.
Oftsed reported in 2022 that pupils enjoy coming to our inclusive school:
