The Difference a Small School Makes

Student, parent and inspector alike

Nayoun, Pharmacy, University College London (UCL)

At FIC, teachers are more than just teachers; they care about each student individually. They use diverse teaching methods to facilitate knowledge transfer. They helped me find my career path, preparing me thoroughly for university. Thanks to FIC for teaching me how to overcome struggles and to stand up again

Parent

The school offers an environment for students to be their selves without judgement. The level of teaching is of a high standard. I feel privileged that he has been able to attend such a supportive and nurturing school environment.

Seonghun, Mechanical Engineering, University College London (UCL)

FIC is a great place to learn with small class sizes so students can always easily ask questions or get help from their teachers. Teachers provide a lot of learning materials for our understanding, and I also have time for private, independent study.

Independent Schools Inspectorate, 2024

Pupils particularly enjoy the homely atmosphere of the boarding house… They feel well cared for. Boarders of all ages socialise happily
