Recording the Litter-Free Song

A message from Debbie Bartlett, founder of ‘Litter-Free Felixstowe’:“What a lovely week of recording and filming with the amazing pupils of Felixstowe International College and the wonderful LFF children from a local primary school. The song has now been professionally recorded and is currently being mixed by the talented Andy Rayner who lent his studio equipment earlier in the week. Today, the children were involved in recreating the iconic Coca-Cola advert from 1971 (although somewhat constrained under the ‘rule of 30’!) Our Litter-Free Felixstowe friend and media expert, Jon Swallow filmed the children against the beautiful backdrop of the sea and created some fantastic shots.Thank you to Andy, Jon and lovely Lisa Tyte (Spotlight Magazine) who has directed the music (and took many of the photos below). Massive thanks to the wonderful children who have been so lovely throughout the process (and their parents and teachers). This has been such a joyous project to be involved with.As soon as we have the finished song and video we will post it and hopefully the litter-free message will be shared far and wide by everyone. Thank you“
