Summer Camps are held during the school holidays for international students to improve their English and enjoy fun academic classes, activities, excursions and cultural experiences.
The academic programme includes English tuition, science experiments, art, media and ICT. In addition there will be a daily programme of sports and activities such as Bushcraft and canoeing. Weekend excursions include trips to London, University Cities of Cambridge and Oxford as well as other local areas of interest.
2 weeks programme : 2,430 GBP 4 weeks programme : 4,050 GBP
(includes tuition, all meals and accommodation, sporting facilities, day excursions, EPL football tour, London musical, oversee excursions and entrance fees, coach travel between airport and school. Does not include flights, insurance or pocket money.)
Family discount: 10% sibling discount for 2nd, 3rd child etc.

Accuracy of Details
We accept bookings on the understanding that the applicant provides accurate details. We will require a copy of the child’s passport to accompany the booking form to confirm the child’s age and identity.
A non-refundable deposit of £1000 to secure the booking is payable within 10 days of submitting an application. Failure to pay the deposit may result in the place being offered to another person. The deposit will be offset against the final bill.
The balance of fees is payable 8 weeks before the child attends. If a booking is made less than 8 weeks before attending, the full amount will be payable within 10 days of booking. If any fees remain unpaid 14 days or more after the payment date on the invoice the place will be cancelled.

Cancellation & withdrawal
If the child’s place is cancelled (not by us) less than 8 weeks before the start of the camp, or if a child fails to attend or is withdrawn during a course there will be no refund of fees. If we receive notice of cancellation in writing we will, at our discretion, refund some or all of your payment if we are able to fill the vacancy.
We reserve the right to repatriate a child at any time at the parent / guardian’s expense and without refund of fees if we consider this to be in the child’s best interest or if we consider the child’s behaviour to be detrimental to the general welfare of the school. Reasons for exclusion may include – but are not necessarily limited to – severe incontinence; self-harming; the consumption of alcohol or illicit drugs; repeated smoking; bullying.

Changes to the programme
Programme details are published in good faith. We reserve the right to make changes to any aspect of the course if necessary.
